• Business information you choose to share, such as size, sector and objectives.
• Assessment answers and resulting scores.
• Analytics data about site usage, only where you have accepted analytics cookies.

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, consent for analytics cookies and marketing email, and contract where you become a client.

Enquiry and assessment data is kept for 24 months from last contact unless you become a client, in which case records are kept for seven years to meet accounting obligations.

We use processors for hosting, email, CRM and analytics. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We never sell personal data.
