Terms of service.

Each engagement is defined by a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. The proposal takes precedence where it differs from these terms.

Project work is typically invoiced 50% on commencement and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

On full payment, ownership of bespoke deliverables transfers to the client. Underlying tools, methods and frameworks remain the property of Velvet Giraffe.

Liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant engagement. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
